Breaking the festive holiday slump! Now that most festivities are over (atleast the main ones) the festive long weekend slump has got us all, so getting back to our routines is a bit of a challenge. This is applicable to most of us and so here's what I aligned with my team to make it easier on ourselves. 1. Building Momentum Instead of diving into big projects, let’s kick off with quick wins to ease into the workflow. What small tasks are you tackling today? 2. Catch Up & Share Let's spend 10 minutes of our morning calls catching up on all the long weekend stories. There’s no better way to get the energy going than with some good vibes. 3. Let’s Align on Priorities We’ll sync up on what’s urgent and what can wait. This way, we’re all on the same page and won’t feel like we’re rushing to catch up. Any priorities you want us to cover together? 4. Set Realistic Goals for the Week No need to sprint just yet! Let’s focus on manageable goals and ramp up at a comfortable pace. 5. Recharge It's normal to need extra time to get back into the groove. So, take breaks, stay hydrated, and let’s look out for each other’s well-being. Let’s make this first week back a great one. Looking forward to hearing everyone’s update! #gettingbacktowork #diwali2024

Our Take on the Recent Statements by in the air which suggested that taking weekends off is a "Western" concept, implying a preference for working through weekends for higher productivity. In light of recent conversations around the value of working on weekends, we’d like to share our perspective as a creative agency. While dedication and hard work are core values we uphold, we also believe that holidays play a crucial role in refreshing the mind, sparking creativity, and enhancing overall productivity. After all, as the quote says, "Creative people need to sit around and do nothing" — a reminder that downtime isn’t just leisure; it's the space where inspiration and fresh ideas often emerge. Especially during the festive season, like Diwali, taking a step back can be invaluable. It's a time to recharge, connect, and gather the creative energy needed to drive impactful campaigns that resonate deeply with audiences. So while we understand the grind, we equally champion the importance of rest — because, in the end, well-rested minds are the most innovative ones. #CreativeAgency #Marketing #Weekends #Creativity #Breaks #Diwali

“Cherish Priceless Moments and the People who Matter.” As we enter the festive season, it’s a perfect time to pause and reflect on what truly matters in life. Festivals are more than just celebrations—they’re about valuing the people around us, reconnecting with family and friends, and bridging the gap that often forms due to the demands of daily life. Take a moment to value your parents, who have devoted their time and energy to building a successful life for you. Appreciate your family, who has sacrificed so much to ensure you have the best in life. Their love and support are the foundation of your success. In the rush of work and responsibilities, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s truly important. Finding a balance between work and personal life allows us to cherish these moments that are truly priceless. Years from now, it won’t be the deadlines or tasks you remember—it will be the shared laughter, the family gatherings, and the joy of togetherness. “In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count, it’s the life in your years.” – Abraham Lincoln This festive season, embrace the time spent with loved ones. Celebrate, relax, and enjoy every moment, for it is these memories that define a fulfilling life. Wishing everyone a joyous and meaningful festive season! #FestiveSeason #FamilyTime #WorkLifeBalance #CherishTheMoments #PricelessMemories #ValueYourLovedOnes #CelebrateTogether #LifeWellLived #Gratitude #FestiveJoy #Reconnect #MeaningfulLiving #FamilyValues #EmbraceTheMoment Suman Agarwal Rakesh Agarwal

Why Consistency is Key, Even During the Festive Season As the holiday festivities unfold, it's tempting to hit the pause button and take a complete break from our goals. But here's a thought: success thrives on consistency, not convenience. Working on your goals during the festive season doesn’t mean you miss out on the celebrations; it means you're committed to keeping the momentum alive. Whether it's closing deals, building your network, or refining your craft, every effort counts. Consistency builds discipline, and discipline shapes success. The habits you maintain during the "off-season" are what set you apart in the long run. So, while you enjoy the festivities, remember that staying focused on your goals is a gift to your future self. Keep pushing, keep building—because your dreams don't take a holiday. #Consistency #WorkEthic #SuccessMindset #HolidayMotivation

In South Africa we've got this spicy little saying "it's festive, it's fokol" which is a cheeky expression used to get away with some questionable behaviour and reasoning during the festive season or "ke Dezemba" as we call it... But let's remember to be nice. Get those priorities straight! ✦ Be realistic You can't be everywhere and you can't please everyone. Make sure that you're functioning within your personal limits and prioritise your nearest and dearest at this time; that includes yourself! ✦ Be kind The festive season is actually pretty stressful for most of us. So lead with kindness and plan things (like shopping) ahead of time so that you can execute everything smoothly and without unnecessary time pressure. ✦ It's fine to not be festive. Do not be bullied into having to be "on a beat" all the time. If this is your time to unplug and unwind then do that! ✦ Remember: not everyone celebrates Christmas. Just because it may feel like it, doesn't mean it's the actual case. Bear in mind that there are many people around the world who do not share in the Christmas festivities so be mindful of your expectations if you do. And with that, may the last few days of the 2024 season bring you peace, joy and love in abundance. Be safe and may the new year bring you all that your heart desires. The Festive Season: A Time for Connection, Reflection, and Growth As the air fills with the aroma of sweets and the streets light up with vibrant colors, there’s something undeniably magical about this time of year. In India, the festive season isn’t just about celebrating traditions—it’s about embracing the values of unity, gratitude, and joy, both in our personal lives and at work. For me, this season is a reminder of how deeply intertwined our culture and work ethics are. Festivals like Navratri, Dasara, and Deepavali are more than just holidays; they’re symbolic of new beginnings, triumphs over challenges, and the light we carry forward into every new venture. These celebrations bring us together, remind us of our shared values, and help us recharge for the months ahead. At work, I’ve always noticed how the festive season brings a sense of community, even in the busiest times. Whether it’s sharing sweets with colleagues, participating in small office rituals, or just having a moment to reflect on the year gone by, festivals create space for connection. It’s a time when team spirit is at its peak, and the positivity and energy these celebrations bring have a lasting impact on work culture. Symbolically, festivals are about balance—balancing the hard work we put in with the moments of joy we deserve. They encourage us to take a step back, appreciate the efforts of the people around us, and recognize that success is not just about the outcome but also about the journey. As we step into this festive period, let’s take the time to celebrate not just our traditions but also the small victories, the hard-earned successes, and the bonds we’ve built along the way. After all, festivals are as much about community and collaboration as they are about joy and celebration. #FestiveSeason #WorkCulture #GratitudeAndGrowth #CelebratingTogether #InspiringTogetherness
