Power-skiving is a high-precision cutting process used to produce gears or internal gears in high-efficiency gears. In electric mobility, this process plays an important role as it helps to improve the efficiency of transmission components used in electric vehicles. Due to the diverse machining tasks of these components, complete machining in a machining center is increasingly becoming an economic success factor. #Stamping for #MAMonday Being on top of this stamping machine while in operation would definitely be a challenge for any camera system. We put the #IrisM powered by #MotionAmplification to the test this day. Utilizing our post process stabilization feature we were able to pinpoint an issue. From here we use the zoom box feature to better see what is going on. The #SafetyWire is keeping the loosened bolt from backing completely out.
