🚀 **Exciting News!** 🚀 We are pleased to announce that we have secured two ten-year leases with a global wealth manager for the seventh and eighth floors of Smithson Tower, totalling 6,970 sq. ft. This achievement highlights the growing demand for best-in-class, Grade A office space in the St James’s area. The iconic modernist architecture of Smithson Tower continues to attract top-tier tenants with its light-filled, flexible, and open spaces, unlike many other heritage buildings in the area. I snapped this photo of one of the incredible buildings here in Lyon, France, and I couldn’t help but admire the stunning architecture. Lyon has an estimated 120,000 buildings, many of which are hundreds of years old, dating back to the Renaissance period. The designs? Simply amazing—ornate facades, detailed balconies, and structures built to stand the test of time. These buildings are a true testament to craftsmanship and solid foundations. As multifamily investors, we can learn a lot from these enduring structures. Just like these buildings, our investments should be designed to withstand the test of time. I always prioritize properties that have strong foundations—both literally and metaphorically! If you’re thinking about multifamily investing but aren’t sure where to start, remember: every great building started with that first stone. Let’s lay that foundation together. #BuildingWealth #MultifamilyInvesting #PassiveIncome #StrongFoundations

123 Golden Lane: A century of change, a future of possibility... 🏗 Since its early days in 1910, 123 Golden Lane has stood as a key player in the story of this vibrant London neighbourhood. Once home to Goodrich, an American pioneer in rubber products, this building has seen industry, intellect, and community service flourish within its walls. By the 1960s, Concordia Publishing took the reins, followed by Mencap in the 1970s, each chapter shaping the legacy of this remarkable space. Today, we’re reimagining 123 Golden Lane. Honouring its Edwardian industrial roots while pioneering sustainable design, we're partnering with Waugh Thistleton Architects to remove the outdated 1970s top floor and replace it with two new floors of mass timber construction, creating contemporary workspaces. This isn’t just preservation; it’s progress. #BywaterProperties #123GoldenLane #SustainableFuture #HeritageReimagined

Title: The Evolution of San Francisco's Skyline: Blending Progress and Preservation San Francisco's skyline has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past 25 years, as chronicled by John King, the Urban Design Critic at the San Francisco Chronicle. In his recent article, "SF is changing before our eyes — just like it always has been," King highlights how the city's evolving architecture reflects its ongoing journey of growth and development. The rise of new high-rise buildings, such as the iconic Salesforce Tower, has reshaped the city's urban landscape. However, amidst these towering symbols of progress, San Francisco has also prioritized inclusive development. Projects like 181 Fremont Street showcase a blend of luxury and affordability, with housing units alongside offices. This commitment to diversity extends to the city's architectural heritage, as seen in the restoration of historic buildings like the 25-story shoebox building from 1955. San Francisco's architectural diversity is a testament to its rich history and progressive vision. From modern high-rises to historic gems like One Kearny Street, the city's buildings span over a century of architectural styles. Furthermore, community-focused design initiatives, such as the development of affordable housing in the Tenderloin area, demonstrate the city's dedication to creating a more inclusive urban environment. As real estate professionals, it is crucial for us to recognize and appreciate the significance of this architectural evolution. The investments made during the current economic boom will have a lasting impact on San Francisco's urban landscape, contributing to a more resilient and diverse city. By embracing this blend of progress and preservation, we can play a vital role in shaping the future of our city. Let's continue this conversation: How do you think San Francisco's evolving architecture will influence the real estate market in the coming years? Share your thoughts and insights in the comments below. #SanFranciscoRealEstate #UrbanDevelopment #ArchitecturalDiversity #InclusiveDevelopment #CommunityFocusedDesign
