Yesterday, I had the unique opportunity to be part of a promotional video shoot — my first time stepping in front of the camera! I contributed to a promotional video for STACK AUDIO LIMITED's exciting new product, which Resonant Engineering helped design. My thanks to producer Will Reddaway for making the process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thanks also to theo stack and the Stack Audio team for their ongoing trust in Resonant Engineering's support. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out!

That's my very simple Home Video Studio, all of it 😎 An entry level vlogging camera, Sony ZV-E10 with a large aperture wide angle lens (for me, it has to be a real camera, both for pictures or video, a mobile phone is just ok for the rare situations when I have no real camera with me), a LED light for side illumination, a remote control. Very important are the extendable tripod to get the camera up to eye level, and the microphone - paradoxically, audio quality is super important in videos. Making short videos is fun, much more fun than writing lengthy articles or (the horror! the horror!) creating slides. My next video (later today) will be on simplicity, by the way.

Recently, I had the opportunity to share insights on fostering harmony between design and technology teams with LinkedIn. TunerPress stands out as a prime example of this synergy. In this project, the engineers faced the challenge of integrating an LCD onto the treadle.The engineers need to think about the screen protection of the LCD and maintain a reliable electric connection between the LCD and the main board in the base. Their initial skepticism quickly shifted as the designer presented compelling user scenarios and a stellar product pitch. Effective communication played a pivotal role in aligning perspectives and nurturing collaboration. The engineers' creative solutions not only resolved technical hurdles but also fueled a shared sense of enthusiasm. #Design #Technology #TeamCollaboration #Communication #Engineering #ProductDevelopment
