So this is my definition of authenticity. When we have a clear sense of self, we're able to share that self. And part of authenticity is about the things that we do and how we show up in certain situations. And most of the things that we do can be categorized into four buckets. The get to want to should do have two buckets. And. If you think about it, and you might even want to spend a little time jotting down here's all the things I have to do on a daily or weekly basis and how do I feel about each of these activities? Because you know, if it's an activity that is on that kind of red should do half two side might be more challenging for me to show up authentically. The ghettos and the mountains are a little easier. Alright, so once I get to a get to is like, are you get to do this? I get to go to the Super Bowl. I get to, you know, attend this event. I get to work on this project. I get to I'm so excited. There is that intrinsic internal motivation that drives me. Want to? It's an almost to get to, but I want to is something that is a little bit more challenging, but we again, still have that internal intrinsic motivation to do it. I want to get that certification. I want to pass that exam. I want to run that marathon. I don't want to run that marathon, but somebody else might want to run that marathon. Whatever it might be. That you really want to do, but that it it's harder. Those are the things that are really easy. Just do it. Right, and we can show up our authentic selves. Then we have things on the other side. This should do in the captives. Well, stop shooting all over yourself. I believe if you should, you probably shouldn't. So when I think of the shoulds, they tend to be somebody elses want to for you.

His topic was "Relationship-based Leadership" and the professor emphasized on recognising the dangers of Attribution Flip.
