Even though I am surrounded by people in my real life and online, loneliness can still feel overwhelming. --- And guess what? Nearly 1 in 4 adults worldwide struggle with loneliness. That’s about a quarter of the global population. 😵 This is an insane statistic. ---- If this is you, I see you, I hear you, I feel you. I’ve struggled with loneliness my entire life, and it seems that I’m not alone in this. So, I’ve put together 5 ways that I’m taking control of my loneliness—and I believe they can help you too. You will run into a mirroring friend immediately after he/she shows up to an environment (e.g. billiards hall) that you've designated as a safe place to play at. You should go there every Friday and Saturday night for the next month or two. Just chill out with the locals!
Loneliness will lead you success and failure. Connecting to the people is not bad but if you are are not connecting to the right people will create more chaos. Moreover Loving the things that you are doing, Improving the mental health with reading books is good thing. One more thing is talking with yourself is great idea. No one knows better than you. Try to talk to you at least 30 minutes a day improve your majority of the problems. These looks simple but when you try you will understand.

Whenever I have, I immediately go out where people are. Libraries, coffee shops, and so on. Just being around others helps me.
Social media does give the illusion of connection. Sometimes, it takes a call or text to reconnect with others. I used to be more introverted, but I started inviting others to do things. Make the first move.
Im a little more alone then you in some areas you have a son to care for but i can only imagine it gets worse
