Loneliness will lead you success and failure. Connecting to the people is not bad but if you are are not connecting to the right people will create more chaos. Moreover Loving the things that you are doing, Improving the mental health with reading books is good thing. One more thing is talking with yourself is great idea. No one knows better than you. Try to talk to you at least 30 minutes a day improve your majority of the problems. These looks simple but when you try you will understand.

Thanks for sharing.  Loneliness can feel super heavy, but remember, you’re definitely not alone in this. One thing that helps is reaching out, even if it’s just a text to a friend or joining a group with similar interests. Sometimes just sharing how you feel can lighten the load. And don’t forget to treat yourself with kindness—small steps can lead to big changes!

Whenever I have, I immediately go out where people are. Libraries, coffee shops, and so on. Just being around others helps me.

Social media does give the illusion of connection. Sometimes, it takes a call or text to reconnect with others. I used to be more introverted, but I started inviting others to do things. Make the first move.
