Recruiter tip: Start your resume with your work experience. We sometimes see resumes with a long list of skills, projects, awards, etc. at the beginning. While it is fine to list these, a recruiter first wants to see where you are working (or where you are currently in school). So capture the recruiter's interest right away! Don't make them scroll 1 or more pages to see your relevant experience.
