#Procurment_Dilema: "End Users don't want vendor change, brand change" Management wants to cutt down the spending but I personally experienced that one of the hurdle is end users or requester unwillingness to change the #vendor #brand #model. Sometimes we may face strong opposition on it but it's not the meaning that end users have any un-lawfull intention behind it but the actual reason is that they don't want to take risks and don't want to get out from comfort zone. For end users operations running is the main priority while for the procurement person cost avoidance, savings and vendor pool increase is the main charter.
