Rethink Ireland’s Post

We recently attended an incredible event at Bank of America's Dublin headquarters celebrating the end of the Future Prospects programme. 🎓 Future Prospects saw 10 women facing intersectional disadvantage take part in a six-week internship programme at Bank of America. 🤝 The programme wrapped up with presentations from all participants, who bravely pitched their fundraising and volunteer drive ideas to the organisation. Congratulations to everyone who took part! 👏 The winning team pitched a multicultural fashion show, with inspirational insights and plenty of learnings, which will be taken back to the business. Two participants have since been offered positions in Bank of America, with plans to expand the Future Prospects programme even further in the coming months and years.👍 Participants on the programme were recruited through past and present awardee organisations on our Mná na hÉireann funds, in partnership with Bank of America and the Department of Rural and Community Development. These fantastic not-for-profits include An Cosán , EQUAL Ireland, Jobcare and the Irish Refugee Council. #Equality #DiversityAndInclusion #EqualOpportunities #SocialInnovation
