📣New STEM Returners Programme with E.ON UK. We are delighted to share we are partnering with E.ON to support STEM professionals return to industry after a career break. E.ON, recognised as one of the UK’s top 10 most inclusive employers, will host a STEM Returners programme within its engineering division where there will be at least 10 opportunities for people wishing to join the company for a 12-week paid placement. The programme gives candidates real work experience and mentoring during their placement, as well as supporting them to seamlessly adjust to life back in work. Successful candidates may be offered a full-time position upon the completion of the placement. Positions such as Project Manager, Commercial Manager, and Construction Manager are available for hybrid work arrangements, offering the flexibility of working from home or E.ON's Coventry or Nottingham locations. Absolutely! As an educator, I see firsthand how crucial it is to inspire students by connecting learning to real-world possibilities. Bringing industry professionals into the schools or organizing field trips can help students imagine their future selves and open doors they might not even know exist.
