Whenever we put on these dinners, we want people to leave with specific next steps that they will implement into their organizations.
Here's what we recommended after the dinner last night in San Francisco:
1. Identify one role or process in your organization that could benefit from AI augmentation.
2. Implement a pilot project to reengineer this role with AI, focusing on improving performance and employee engagement.
3. Foster an environment of curiosity and experimentation, encouraging employees to explore and report on AI applications.
4. Use collaboration tools to enhance team communication and inclusivity, ensuring diverse inputs are considered.
5. Measure the impact of AI implementations and share the results with your organization to build momentum for further innovation.
Of course, the connection is important, but it's my goal for these HR leaders to leave with specific best practices that will make an impact on their organization.
