Why Do Doctors Have The Worst Google Reviews? The National average for a 9-year-old Medical Practice is 119 Google Reviews and an average Star Rating of 3.6, which means about 27% are 1 to 3 Star Reviews, which is terrible; I would not go to a restaurant or hire a plumber with 3.6 Stars. So Why Would a Potential New Patient Choose Your Practice to Make an Appointment? Why are Doctors' Patient Reviews So Bad? Because Happy Patients don't leave Reviews.... Why? Happy Patients Love their Doctors, but when the visit is over, and they walk out of the Doctor's office, Bam!! Life hits them, and all kinds of distractions make them forget to leave their favorite Doctor and 5-Star Review. They think oh well, everybody loves my Doctor. I will do it next time. Doctor You see 35 patients a Day, and 34 of them are Happy, but the one Patient who had to Wait a little Longer or Didn’t Get the Appointment time They Wanted or their insurance company sent them a bill, or they did not like the hair color of the front desk girl. This Patient (Pissed Off Patti) will leave a Negative Review Every Time! And This is Why Great Doctors Have Bad Patient Reviews...
