So when I say that the ER rule is going to get killed, what do I mean? I mean, it's going to evolve. It's going to evolve to a point where an entry level or kind of your first position at a tech company, it'll still be a a sales role. It's still possible to break into sales. It's going to be a full cycle sales role. There isn't going to be the need for hyper specialized people that are doing 100 or dedicating 100% of their time to prospecting. Instead, sellers are going to be able to. Kind of have a lot of things delivered to them on a silver platter via I and then go and execute real sales strategies given everything that AI has taken off of their plate.
