Maintaining Reception Area: 1) Keep the reception area clean and presentable. 2) Ensure that reading materials and promotional items are up to date. Data Entry and Record Keeping: 1) Input and update information in the organization's database. 2) Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant data. Customer Service: 1) Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department. 2) Provide general information about the organization and its services. Communication: 1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2) Ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff. Organization: 1) Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 2) Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and scheduling. Computer Proficiency: 1) Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 2) Experience with office equipment like fax machines, printers, and phone systems. Customer Service: 1) Friendly and approachable demeanor. 2) Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly. Time Management: 1) Efficient time management to balance multiple responsibilities. 2) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
