Phil Sumption at the Organic Research Centre tells us that organic farming needs to be the part of any discussion about the future of farming and a part of the solution. This #OrganicSeptember Phil takes us through the IFOAM Organics Europe report that highlighted the contribution of organic farming to protecting Europe’s biodiversity, climate, water and soil. The results are incredible and it really shows how organic farming is not just good for us, but for the environment, and the future of agriculture.
