We are excited to announce that we have acquired 42 South Street in Hopkinton, MA, which was represented by Michael Restivo and Scott Carpenter from JLL. While under contract, Robert McGuire worked with us to execute a long-term lease with Isto Biologics for half of the building, which will move their headquarters to the facility once their buildout is complete. Isto's buildout will include removal of a portion of the second floor, providing 24' clear height for their warehousing and clean room space. Bob and his team are representing the balance of the building for lease. We are grateful for Joe McCarran and Bank of New England for providing our financing for the project, which was sourced by Brett Paulsrud and Tom Sullivan of JLL.
