Amazing textbook VT this morning with Dr. Asim Ahmed! We started with #CartoSound and made detailed RV and LV maps. I even quickly grabbed enough #SoundFAM contours for an LA FAM map during transeptal. We drew key anatomical structures like the aortic cusps, pap muscles, and the left main coronary artery. Once we had our anatomy, Dr. Ahmed mapped this aneurysmal LV in sinus rhythm using #Optrell high density mapping catheter. We used the latest Carto V8 #Elavate technology including smart index, complex signals identification, multipolar mapping annotation algorithm, automatic pattern acquisition (APA) and turned on our Local Velocity Vectors (LVVs) after mapping to determine entrances, exits, and slow conduction areas through our apical scar. While sinus mapping, we induced the clinical VT but it terminated after collecting only a few hundred points. However, the earliest exit site out of the scar correlated with our Isochronal stacking, slow LVVs into the scar during sinus, and a 94% PASO match to the VT morphology. We were confident of our ablation target after these combined technologies pointed to the same area of interest! #mycompany #Elevate #VTmapping

Zebras in a snowstorm: ultrasound guidance for differentiating placental mesenchymal dysplasia from hydatidiform mole - Transvaginal imaging of the placenta at 10 weeks of gestation A, Multicystic placenta with sonographic appearance similar to hydatidiform mole. The placenta (white arrow) appears thickened relative to the size of the fetus (blue arrow). What modality is optimal for pelvic floor imaging? Pelvic floor assessment by translabial 4-dimensional ultrasound: This is a still image representing a volume of imaging data (voxels) selected from a cine loop of 36 volumes obtained during a pelvic floor contraction. On the left are the 3 reference planes labeled midsagittal, coronal, and axial. The 3 × 3 block of color images represent a tomographic series of axial plane views (1–9) of the levator ani muscle, including all of the puborectalis and pubococcygeus complex and the levator hiatus. A typical right-sided avulsion is indicated by an asterisk (∗) in coronal and axial slices. https://ow.ly/Q4M150TswW3

An excellent upper limb non-contrast MR angiogram image done at uMR 3T with FINE (Flow Independent, Non-Contrast Enhanced) technology would exhibit high resolution and clear visualization of the arteries in the upper limb without the use of contrast agents. The image would showcase detailed arterial anatomy, including the brachial, radial, ulnar, and interosseous arteries, with precise delineation of their branching patterns and any potential abnormalities such as stenosis or aneurysms. The FINE technology would ensure robust arterial signal and minimal background noise, resulting in superior image quality for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. #UIH #uMR #Passionforchange #MRI #angio #noncontrast.
