Trust is the cornerstone of leadership in healthcare. When I was invited to speak at MIT recently, I was asked about the most important leadership attribute for success in healthcare. My answer was simple: never break trust. It’s the foundation of every relationship, and especially in healthcare, it’s the bridge to meaningful collaboration and innovation for your entire career over the decades.
