USA is dominating the global CCS market. With the highest number of projects both operational and in development. 260 out of 564. Most of these capture CO₂ from ethanol facilities in the Midwest, with natural gas and hydrogen production following suit, especially in Texas. What the three processes have in common is a purer CO₂ stream that keeps capture costs lower. #CCS #climatetech #Energytech
