🌟At Keylingo, we believe that gratitude is more than just a word—it’s a way of life that fosters positivity, connection, and growth. Today, our team gathered for a special Gratitude Day meeting, where we took a moment to reflect, appreciate, and thank ourselves and each other for the good things we’ve achieved together. As our VP of Operations, Virginia Careto, beautifully put it: “Gratitude brings us back to the present and helps us recognize the importance of small, everyday successes.” Gratitude not only strengthens our bonds as a team but also empowers us to continue delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. 👉 Check out Vir’s full post on the power of gratitude and how it plays a crucial role in both our personal and professional lives. How do you practice gratitude in your daily life or work? Share your thoughts in the comments! #GratitudeDay #Teamwork #KeylingoLife #PositiveCulture #Gratitude
Scrum Master, and Enthusiastic Leader | I empower teams to achieve strategic goals by maximizing their strengths
Have you thanked yourself for the good things happening lately? 💛 Tomorrow is Gratitude Day, a perfect reminder to pause and appreciate the good things in our lives, no matter how big or small. Taking a moment to express gratitude helps us feel more positive, connected, and balanced. At Keylingo, we celebrated today with a roundtable where each of us shared what we were grateful for. For me, it was completing my driving course this week, something I had been scared to do for years. But I held onto my mantra: 'If you're afraid, do it with courage,' and I made it happen! 💪 This simple act of sharing helped us recognize our wins and efforts in a kind and spontaneous way. Do you take time to reflect on what you're grateful for? I know it’s easy to get caught up in daily routines, but I hope this post reminds you to pause and appreciate the good things around you. -- 📷This is us, wrapping up the week with smiles and feeling grateful for what we've accomplished! Today marks my 6th anniversary at OneGoal, and I can’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. It’s been an incredible journey, and to celebrate, I want to share three reflections that have shaped my time here: 1. Self-care is everything. In a mission-driven space like ours, it’s easy to pour endlessly into the work. But I’ve learned that I can only bring my best self to this team and our students because we truly value each other here. People matter, and that makes all the difference. 2. Diverse experiences lead to lasting impact. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to 4 out of the 5 functional teams in our region. Each role brought its own set of challenges and growth, but it’s in these varied experiences that I’ve been able to shape our systems and help drive our program’s success. I’ve seen firsthand how every perspective strengthens us. 3. Lead with, not above. As a leader, I’ve learned the importance of doing the work alongside my team. Growth doesn’t happen in isolation, and I’ve continued to develop not only as a professional but also as a partner to those around me. It’s the relationships we build that make the work meaningful. Here’s to many more years, even greater impact in NYC, and continuing to grow with each of you by my side.

It's been an incredible year at Energy CX. Here are some key takeaways: 1. Contributing to something larger than yourself is both powerful and motivating. 2. Innovation is not just a buzzword, it’s a daily habit. 3. Personalization is the most powerful tool. 4. Simplicity is often the best strategy. 5. There is no support group that covers your brother being your boss. Looking forward to the year ahead.

IT''S OUR ANNIVERSARY ❤️🔥🎉 Reflecting on our 35-year journey together, it's clear that it has been a beautiful dance of support and growth. We've learned that blending our strengths and supporting each other allows us to gracefully navigate both personal and professional challenges. From our experience, we’ve learned these essential lessons: - Open communication and willingness to compromise are fundamental for partnership longevity. - Trust and mutual support are key to adapting and growing together. - Continuous learning and shared growth are the bedrock of lasting success and happiness. These truths are the bedrock of building and maintaining strong, supportive connections that can withstand the tests of time and change.

Celebrating a Decade of Greatness! 🎉🎈 Friends, followers, and loyal customers! Today, we are here to celebrate a spectacular milestone: our 10th anniversary as a company! 🥳🎊 Yes, you read that right! Ten years filled with laughter, challenges, and above all, success! From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. 🎬✨ Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot! We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter! We keep moving forward! However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie. So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun. Thank you for 10 incredible years! The Ejematic Team 🚀🎉 #Anniversary #Celebration #10Years #SuccessStory #CompanyMilestone #TeamSpirit #BusinessGrowth #Innovation #JourneyToSuccess #CheersToTheFuture

“It is not happy people who are thankful. It is thankful people who are happy.” Thanks Pejman Milani for sharing the quote, it reminds me about the Tedtalk by David Steindl Rast about power of gratitude. This powerful statement flips the conventional thinking about happiness on its head. True happiness doesn’t come from external achievements or circumstances—it comes from a mindset of gratitude. When you pause to appreciate what you have, even in difficult times, you shift your focus from what’s missing to what’s present. Gratitude fosters contentment, builds stronger relationships, and creates a sense of abundance. It’s a habit that transforms your outlook on life. Happiness isn’t the cause of gratitude; gratitude is the foundation of happiness. Start with gratitude, and joy will follow. Here is the link for that beautiful talk - https://lnkd.in/dgiDidYE #gratitude #thankful

Two decades fly by in a blink when shared with the right people. Recently, I had the honor of celebrating a 20 year work anniversary with a colleague who had been a cornerstone of our team. It's moments like these that remind us of the immense value in building strong, lasting relationships at work. The bonds we've crafted over these years have weathered challenges and celebrated victories. Here’s what I've learned from two decades alongside incredible people: → Shared purpose is powerful. When everyone rallies around a common goal, it transforms daily tasks into meaningful pursuits. → Trust is the glue. It's the foundation that holds us together through tough times and amplifies our triumphs. → Celebrate every win. Big or small, victories keep us motivated and remind us why we started this journey together. → Empathy elevates. Understanding and supporting each other’s unique strengths fosters a thriving environment. Reflecting on two decades, it’s clear that the people around us make the journey worthwhile. We’ve not only built an outstanding team but a work family. As we look forward to more years ahead, I’m grateful for every lesson learned and every moment shared. To everyone in my professional sphere: thank you for being part of this incredible journey.

We are celebrating our 1st year 🎗 Here is what I wish I knew before starting Credit: at the beginning stage, your company will not have any credit. Therefore, it can be extremely hard to move freight, unless you already have a big driver base that trusts you. In many cases, you can offer the drivers payment before the delivery, and they will still refuse to book, because of lack of trust. Niche down: choose a small niche, and start doing research. Learn the common issues that shippers face in this specific niche. Come up with solutions to those issues. Focus on these solutions, when doing cold calls or sales in general. Overhead: As you start growing, you will get many calls and emails from companies offering services (tracking services, TMS, marketing, customer leads, business optimizations, credit improvements, etc.). Most of these services will have a binding contract, meaning you will not be able to cancel these services unless the contract ends (some can last up to 3 years). Think twice, before accepting any of these services, because most of your customers can switch to a competitor in any day. This can result in a situation of low cash flow and high overhead, potentially leading to bankruptcy.

We were celebrating an anniversary in the office today and one of the team said I had been an inspiration over the last 12 months. I wasn't expecting that, it was lovely to get the feedback. I took this photo on holiday the other week and it got me thinking about how we inspire others, but more importantly, how do we move forward and inspire ourselves. Imagine you're standing on the shore, the place where you've always been. The sand beneath your feet represents your old self—familiar, comfortable, but limited to this small stretch of beach. The waves lap at your ankles, inviting but also uncertain. The ocean before you is vast and unknown, a symbol of potential, change, and discovery. You step into a small boat, pushing off from the shore. As the distance between you and the land grows, you leave behind all that was safe but stagnant. The shore fades into the distance, like the version of yourself you’ve outgrown. You’ve let go of the stability you once clung to, trading it for the endless horizon. Out on the open water, the journey isn't always smooth. The sea is unpredictable, like the uncertainties and fears you face in the process of transformation. There are moments of calm, where you feel the peace of aligning with something new, and moments of storm, when you doubt or struggle against the waves. But as you continue sailing, the horizon ahead becomes clearer. You begin to trust the journey, feeling the wind in your sails, carrying you toward a version of yourself that has yet to fully reveal itself. You no longer look back to the shore; the pull of the unknown future is stronger than the past you've left behind. Eventually, you see a new shore, representing the discovery of your new self— a place that holds different possibilities, growth, and deeper meaning. The person stepping out of the boat on this new land is not the same one who left the shore behind. Interesting thought to ponder, maybe it is time to find your boat!
