Thankfully in this day and age of internet technology “we the people” have more control over the flow of the real news “the narrative” than the Marxist DEM party and their MSM propaganda indoctrination machine. We have the capacity to shape and share a truthful and factual narrative and educate those around us. We have personal and professional networks; we belong to many likeminded professional groups and associations; we engage with the local community through our presence and participation in groups such as Rotary or church or PTA, etc. thereby multiplying our messaging power. All the MSM complex has is nightly viewer/subscription stats that are constantly declining. We must continue to keep sharing facts and truths that refute the propagandist MSM and make this election #ToBigToRig Keep sharing the real facts and real truths people. “We the People” have the power.

Approaching eight decades & the end of my life, I see the erosion of American traditional values, that were the foundation on which our Constitutional Republic was built— sadly & profoundly being diminished. This phenomen is more far reaching & consequential than simple politics. The Trump cult of personality has become an obsession for its followers, while their leader has managed to conjure the greatest illusion of our nation’s history, that is, that he cares for us in any way more than he cares for himself! It follows that the “Greatest Generation” of the Depression & WW I I era, who epitomized the apex of those values, which have guided us since 1945 - are disappearing & with them the optimism which was synonymous with being American. Replaced by the “most pathetic generation’s” revenge politics led by Trump; while the jury is out as to whether wealth & position can place one above the law. Yes, it is time for opaque shadows to cover the consciousness — of seeing my America vanish & transform into an authoritarian reality.

For Your Consideration: How is it that Donald Trump disparages war heroes, and pretty much everyone else - and people still rally to his cause? It's clearly not that he's so much better than everyone else. Is it because he asks nothing of us? Is it because he gives people license to loose our worst instincts? To wallow in feelings of inadequacy - rather than rallying to the cause? (It's ok to be a "good German" rather than pledging our "lives, fortunes, and sacred honor" to the cause of Truth, Justice, and the American Way?") Any thoughts here on the psychology at work?
