“Have you ever been in the car business and actually sold cars?”,  I was asked. “Besides the fact I was number 2 in America for Cadillac sales, and became a partner at a dealership, not at all", I said, tongue in cheek.  My career in automotive has been a little unconventional. I started in the car business in 1988 and never left. How do I stay motivated?  I’ve found working at a dealership is the best job in the world when done right. But it can be the hardest job in the world when done wrong. After all of my experience in the car business, when I launched Career Changers USA in 2012, I was able to identify a massive need. Dealers needed highly motivated sales associates, and those employees needed expert training in order to succeed. That's what I do.
