Progress? Whatever happened to common sense? Rental car, country road and a flat tyre now means a 2 hour wait for roadside assistance and a €165 bill! When I was a lad it would have taken 10 minutes to remove the flat and put the spare on but someone, somewhere decided that spare tyres were not necessary! An idiotic, dangerous decision! This has certainly made me aware of the stupidity of modern car design and will be a major factor when I next buy a car! #idiotic #dangerous #unsafe #unroadworthy

i remember there used to be a service called "TyreFit"? and for us now the cars which we don't get a spare Tyre we get a puncture kit which is a inflator with a liquid which seals and lets us get back on the road in minutes.
Are these tires “run flat” tires? Hope you are back on the road man!
