Do you think your business is getting too smart for its own good and turning customers away? It's easy to do. I booked a hotel via an app and received all the information in German, despite booking in English. Translating it revealed that I needed to download another app, which was also in German, to get a QR code for my room PIN. It was a nightmare, and I spent over an hour struggling with it. Finally, a chatbot connected me to a helpful human who sorted everything out in under a minute. It made me wonder, in a world full of technology meant to simplify things, are we making it harder for our customers? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
