These are our LP macro-perforators. LP model is an original, basic LaserPin unit within macro-perforators family. It is designed as a “bridge” capable of handling holes across the full range of material; plastics, paper, non-woven or laminated materials (like for butter packaging) to mention a few. Ideal for both circular and shaped holes, it adapts to various requirements, and it is easily integrated into production lines or machines.
LP unit is designed to function as a complementary guest unit on a production line or machine, with a moving film, ensuring high quality holes on a wide range of materials, working at high speeds! The unit is made of quality, rigid metal.
One of the two units are set to have as much as 27 punching tools on a 1400 millimetres width!
Depending on specific customer requirements, we manufacture customised units in addition to our standard models, from the smallest up to very high ranges.

Rubber overmolding is a unique process that allows us to mold different rubber materials “over top” of a metal or plastic substrate. Essentially, that means your end products receive the advantages of both materials: high strength, structure, and rigidity from the underlying substrate, combined with a rubberized surface that absorbs impacts while being softer and more pliable – typically to achieve better ergonomics.
For example, it’s common to overmold soft rubber handles onto metal tools and handheld plastic devices to improve grip and comfort. The rubber overmold can also help protect these products, functioning as a shield with excellent shock absorption properties.

After the careful layering of silicone and reinforcement materials (like aramid or fiberglass), we apply a specially selected water tape to the outer layer of the hose. Here’s why this step is crucial:
💡 Achieving a Smooth Finish: The water tape acts as a protective cover, giving the silicone hose a polished and consistent appearance. This smooth surface finish not only looks professional but also contributes to easier cleaning and maintenance for industries where cleanliness is a must.
💡 Securing Layer Adhesion: Our hoses are built with multiple layers to provide strength and flexibility, especially in high-pressure environments. The water tape helps maintain tight, even compression between these layers during the high-temperature vulcanization process, ensuring strong adhesion and a durable final product.
💡 Enhanced Durability: The tape minimizes air bubbles and potential imperfections that could compromise the hose’s structural integrity, making the product suitable for demanding applications in the #automotive, #aerospace, and #industrial sectors.
🔍 How It Works in Our Production Process
Once the silicone layers and reinforcing fabrics are hand-laminated around the hose mandrel, we carefully wrap the exterior in water tape before moving to the vulcanization stage. This layer is tightly wound around the hose, applying uniform pressure that helps expel any trapped air, creating a flawless bond among layers. After the high-temperature curing, the film is removed, leaving behind a perfect, high-quality surface.

Our spatulas, also called feeder scrapers, are specifically designed 𝙣𝙤𝙩 to fall into the feed tube and onto the extruder's moving screw.
They are also designed so they can be upturned and inserted into the feeder tube to push the wet granulation into the extruder, 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙬.
