The Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS) and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand signed an MoU today. The MoU seeks to promote collaboration and partnership between the two institutes in the areas of executive education and international training programmes, joint research and innovation initiatives, conferences and seminars, youth leadership development, and exchange programmes for leaders and future leaders from both the countries and beyond. The MoU was signed by the President of AIT, Professor Pai-Chi Li and the Director of RIGSS, Zimpon Wom Chewang Rinzin at AIT today.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO! Since 2018, our drive to build, connect, and impact the next generation of young leaders in Zambia and across the region, has been driven from a heart of collective effort, sacrifice and a driven desire to see youth develop. Since 2020, we have been hosting the BeRelevant Youth Summit, and out of this convening, we have provided a solution-driven space for dialogue, networking and engagement to over 1000+ young people. Through our Leadership Academy, we have so far trained 600 young people in solution-driven leadership, this is without speaking of our Teens Leadership program that has empowered 100+ teens with skills for the 21st century. All this has been done not because we have a pull of sufficient funding, but because we have a heart to see a new generation of leaders emerge from the heartbeat of Zambia, ready for impact within their nation and beyond.
