🌟 Leadership Lessons from the Trenches of Life and Film 🌟 I recently shared some of my personal leadership challenges and insights in the latest episode of "Captains of the Future," a project spearheaded by Stefano Potortíì. This series explores themes of resilience, values, and leadership. I have to be honest. It wasn’t easy as I am usually on the other side of the camera or on Zoom and despite being Italian, I am more comfortable talking in English. They help navigate through stress with grace and inspire your team to perform their best, even under pressure. ⚡️ 3. Recognising your values and their alignment with your actions defines your authenticity and effectiveness as a leader. ⚡️ 4. Impact Beyond the Boardroom: Our responsibility as leaders extends beyond the immediate tasks at hand. It’s about setting a safe, positive example and contributing to the broader societal and environmental well-being. Being a leader is not about holding a title, but about influencing others positively, handling adversities with wisdom, and continually evolving through introspective learning. Let's lead with purpose and passion, making a meaningful impact in every role we take on. My journey in film and creative projects underscores the powerful role of storytelling and creativity as forces for good. Digitizing 4 Italian Museums: From 3D Reconstructions to Immersive Virtual Experiences Our collaboration with the Civic Museums of Ascoli allowed us to investigate specific workflows for complex 3D model representations for visitors, panoramic tours of museums, and a simple AR application. [Detailed in our published article in Italian] 📐3D Models of Paintings and Artifacts: Digitizing artifacts is not always a smooth process; each requires different postprocessing due to their unique nature. We use specialized tools and algorithms to address issues like reflection, size, and transparency. 🌍 Panoramic Virtual Tour: We achieved a 16,384x8,192 resolution in the equirectangular projection. Features include concept map navigation, room and artwork descriptions, immersive reality mode, interactive 3D models, high-definition paintings, and more. 📱AR Application for "Annunciation" painting: Developed with Unity, this app deepens knowledge of Guido Reni's "Annunciation" and its museum location. Techniques and Tools Used: Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), structured light scanning, photogrammetry, Structure from Motion (SfM), Metashape, geometry optimization and retopology, 3ds Max, Unity, Vuforia.
