Unpopular opinion: People do care about what you say and do. Especially prospects. I hear people say “In reality nobody actually cares what you do and say” Wrong. This is all apart of your personal brand, if you have that attitude, don’t expect clients to land at your feet. As someone who’s been in the game of growing a brand for a while, I know first hand that every interaction matters. What I say, how I position myself, to the coffee chats, how you act on socials, matters. Start closely paying attention to your actions, people watch.
Yeah It's all about building trust, right Benjamin Joshua? Every touchpoint, from coffee chats to social media presence, becomes a mini-impression.
Your actions and words shape your brand; people are watching.
Absolutely they do, funnily enough it can at times still throw me off guard when people truly connect to something because were so used to being told otherwise
Your brand matters!
People also focus a lot more on the tone of your voice. How you say something sometimes matters more than what's being said.
The little things add up and contribute to how you are perceived.
Everything you say or do creates your public perception. That's why you need to carefully craft it!
People do observe behaviours. Benjamin Joshua
