🌟 Unleashing the Power of Consistency 🌟 Ever wondered why some individuals seem to effortlessly excel while others struggle to make progress? It's not merely a stroke of luck or an innate talent—it's about consistency. Consider the story of Dave Brailsford, the mastermind behind the resurgence of British cycling. When Brailsford assumed the role of performance director of British Cycling, the team was far from a powerhouse. Yet, instead of chasing fleeting victories, Brailsford instituted a revolutionary approach: the 1% gains principle. Brailsford comprehended that true greatness is seldom achieved through grandiose transformations. Instead, he meticulously focused on making incremental improvements in every facet of the team's performance—be it training techniques, equipment, or nutrition. The outcome? A remarkable metamorphosis that catapulted British cyclists from mediocrity to the summit of Olympic glory. So, reflect upon your aspirations. What's one area of your life that could benefit from the Brailsford Method? Whether it's mastering a new skill, cultivating a fulfilling hobby, or enhancing your overall well-being, embrace the power of consistency and witness the transformative impact it can have on your journey to greatness. Though seemingly trivial, these consistent efforts compound over time, leading to profound personal growth and achievement. Ready to embark on your path to personal excellence? Join us at Mindset Mastery, where we'll provide unwavering support and guidance as you navigate the realms of self-improvement and fulfillment. #MindsetMastery #ConsistencyIsKey #IncrementalProgress #1PercentBetter #TransformativeThinking #PeakPerformance #SuccessMindset #GoalSetting #PersonalGrowth #RescriptConsultancy #AchieveGreatness #EmpowerYourself #MindOverMatter #SelfImprovementJourney #PositivePsychology #MentalFortitude #UnlockYourPotential #MindsetShift #SuccessStrategies #ChampionMindset

On the weekend, my husband competed in a 100km ultra-marathon. 🏃🏼 It was a trail running race, held in Mount Kosciuszko, Australia. 🗻 And yes, this was by choice!! 🤯 Over the last six months, I have watched him diligently train and prepare. The discipline required was incredible. And on the day, I was his support crew, which meant I had the task of going to each checkpoint to help him with his nutrition, water, supplies and anything else he needed. I have a couple of reflections I thought I would share here about this experience: 🗻 Mountaintop moments. The elation of the mountain top moments (pictured here where he literally reached the highest point in Australia) should absolutely be celebrated. But don't forget, they usually come from years of hard work and preparation, which most of the time, is unseen. 💪 Resilience. In a race like this, despite the training, you often come up against the unforeseen. In this one, the largest challenge came in the form of a lightning storm which meant they had to stop the race for two hours, when my husband was half way through. This was really not ideal. I was so frustrated on his behalf, but he kept his cool and just rolled with it. His mindset was so focused, and he knew that he couldn't let this rattle him and derail his whole race plan. I watched his resilience play out in front my eyes - incredible to see. 📣 The importance of support and community. At each checkpoint, people were there cheering the runners on - those they knew and those they didn't. Random people were helping any runner that needed it. The encouragement and support of the spectators made such a big difference for the runners putting in the hard work. Overall, I was astounded by the sense of community. 🛌 The essential ingredient of rest. Now the race is over, the recovery and rest begins. If you've been running hard (figuratively or literally), then rest is essential for high performance. Hope this inspires or encourages someone today, as it did for me! #reflections #resilience #rest #community

--------------- Scene 1: I was cycling and going through a slope. You know my speed was ~40 km/hour with even making no efforts. Sometime, we get slope in our life and career, goes up with speed and we feel that we are smartest! Think about your efforts and learning. —————— Scene 2: I was cycling and going through a steep elevation. You know my speed was barely ~5 km/hour with making efforts with best of my capabilities. Sometime, we get steep elevation (challenges) in our life and career, find difficult to move and stuck up, we start doubting on our capabilities! Think about your efforts and learning. ——————— Don’t carried away due to circumstances. So, as you navigate the terrain of your life and career, remember this: stay grounded, stay focused, and above all, stay consistent. Because whether you're racing down a slope or climbing a mountain, it's the journey that defines you. One year of over performance or under performance can’t make you best or worst. There is saying that “performance is temporary, class is permanent”! What do you say? #performance #climbing_a_mountain #slope #elevation #learning #life_lesson #humble

LESSONS FROM THE MARATHON ✍️Different Participants, Different Races In life, just like in the marathon, we are all running different races—42km, 21km, 10km, or even 5km. I have always been a careful person, terrified at getting hurt; that somehow discovered mountain biking - starting with a 20km club ride and sleeping the rest of the day to recover! The past weekend I completed the Standard Bank Group Berg & Bush Descent, a 3-day stage race. I cannot believe the technical routes that I managed this weekend! This photo is one of fifty switchbacks that I did without stopping once! I have never been able to do more than two at a time.... Looking back at the fears that has held me back in the past: I realise again that they were always just fears within my head. Stories I was telling myself to "keep me safe". I have always been my own biggest obstacle. How are you standing in your own way? #consciousleadership #invisibleforcesofchange #selfdevelopment #selfgrowth #leadershipcoaching

On Sunday, I ran my 21st NYC Marathon and 19th in a row. It wasn’t my best performance by a long way, but I was happy with my effort, especially when the race got tough and I had to dig deep. When I reflect on the last four months, my training and preparation made this possible. I accumulated 665 miles. A marathon is hundreds of miles. The finish is the last 26.2. Some learnings: - Break down the training/work into months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, and seconds. - Preparation builds confidence. - Discipline is the strongest form of self-love. It’s ignoring something you want right now for something better later on - Make yourself uncomfortable; this is where you grow - Running is a team sport. No one can do it alone. - Never wait for the perfect conditions to get outside - If you want what you have never had, you must be willing to do what you have never done

There’s a legendary cycling coffee shop in Richmond Park, West London. If you cycle there, you know it. This is me, midweek step away from... well everything. I've been working on this financial model which drives me crazy. I needed new perspective, something I do not see, new ideas. I need clarity. So, I went cycling in midweek Wednesday at 11am. Just like that. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, today’s the day to take a break—whether it’s an hour or a whole day. You’ll gain new perspective. Being busy doesn’t mean making progress. - Take a step back. - Find time to reflect. - Allow space for fresh ideas. Your best thinking happens when you’re not pushing nonstop. ---- Interesting? For more → Edin Basic! 🚀 P.S. How do you step out from your daily grind to create clarity?
