Consistency creates momentum! This week, I learned a valuable lesson: the power of showing up consistently. Over the past seven days, I’ve witnessed a 37.1% increase in post impressions and a 13.5% growth in followers. What’s even more exciting? I’ve far exceeded my weekly engagement goal, completing 44 actions instead of the suggested three. It’s proof that visibility matters—not just to grow your audience but to create opportunities, share value, and inspire others. Platforms like LinkedIn reward intentionality, and the results speak for themselves. But it’s not just about the numbers. This experience is a reminder that when you take action consistently, your efforts compound. Every post, comment, and interaction adds value, not just to others but to yourself as well. At the beginning of every year, I take some days to reflect on the past year. Mistakes made and what I learned from them. Wins that made me proud Losses that taught me valuable lessons Goals I didn't quite reach (and how to tackle them again) This exercise helps me set new, achievable goals and break them down into smaller, actionable steps. If you're a business or personal brand, I encourage you to do the same! Take a closer look at your social media presence: ❓What's your message? ❓Who are you trying to reach? ❓What action do you want your audience to take? If your social media isn't yielding the results you want, it's time to: ✔️Reflect on what's working (and what's not) ✔️Re-strategize for the new year. ✔️Adjust your goals and tactics So, here's my question for you: What's one thing you're committed to changing or improving in your personal or professional life this year? I gave up once! I remember creating my inaugural vision board with so much excitement and optimism, but amidst the twist and turns of life, I gave up on those plans😏. I decided to give it another shot at the end of last year, and so far, I have upheld every part of that plan. When I shared a motivational piece on New year's day (feel free to check it out), I was speaking to myself as much as I was speaking to any one of you out here. And piece by piece, brick by brick, I am seeing my vision board come through. Among my numerous objectives, I made a resolve to approach my LinkedIn with more seriousness. This decision was not driven entirely by self-interest, but rather a strong desire to share compelling and transformational content. As a marketing and communications expert, my aim is to arm like-minded individuals and brands with insightful and thought provoking content that reflects my deep understanding of marketing, communications, and help transform businesses and drive conversion.
