🎉 Finally, the summer internship has come to an end! 🎉 This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to facilitate sessions. Our focus was on mapping the current and future landscape of changes and their impact on human needs. 🚀 Exploring Future Changes and Human Needs We dove into brainstorming sessions, combining future changes with human needs to address critical questions like: - How do AI Mentors impact the human need for personalized learning? - How do AI Mentors impact the human need for environmental safety and security? 💡 Innovative Solutions for Future Challenges Through collaborative discussions, we developed solutions that integrate AI to enhance personalized learning and ensure environmental safety. One key idea was leveraging AI to map various options for better personalization, improving the quality of pre-consultation for students. 🌍 Addressing Global Challenges Our team also explored broader issues such as globalization, student diversity, and the future of mentorship. We looked into theories like the Zone of Proximal Development, Biggs’s Presage-Process-Product Model, and the GROW Model to inform our solutions. 🔍 Research and Data-Driven Insights Our approach was heavily informed by research and data. We mapped out key information across social, environmental, economic, and technical domains to support our problem-solving efforts. 🙌 Facilitating and Learning from Others I also facilitated other students during these sessions, witnessing a myriad of problems and their innovative solutions. It was inspiring to see how creativity and collaboration can lead to effective strategies and impactful outcomes. 📚 What I Learned: - The importance of integrating AI to address personalized learning and environmental safety. - Utilizing research and data to inform and support problem-solving efforts. - The power of collaboration and creativity in developing effective strategies. - How to conduct effective research. - Improved public speaking skills.
