🌻 Introducing the Welcome Home Foundation, Inc. 🌻 We’re excited to announce the launch of the Welcome Home Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the unhoused community in New Jersey. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and effective housing solutions for individuals and families in need. We focus on three key pillars: 🏡 Redefine Home At the Welcome Home Foundation, we believe that home is more than just a place—it’s a feeling of safety, dignity, and belonging. By bridging the gap between the unhoused community and property owners, we create sustainable housing opportunities that truly feel like home. 🤝 Reimagine Support We know that lasting change requires more than just shelter. That’s why we partner with community organizations, service providers, and volunteers to build a robust support network that uplifts and empowers our clients. By listening to their stories and needs, we ensure our programs are effective and meaningful. 💡 Rediscover You Every individual has unique strengths and potential. Our goal is to help our clients tap into these qualities, offering resources and encouragement as they rebuild their lives and secure a brighter, more stable future. We’re starting this journey rooted in faith and driven by our core values and commitment to making a difference. Guided by the motto, “It Takes a Village,” our focus is on increasing the housing supply by opening the lines of communication between property owners and the unhoused community. We advocate for the unhoused and work to address the root causes of homelessness through long-term solutions, including proactive prevention strategies, to help create a supportive and sustainable path to housing stability. ⭐️This Giving Tuesday, Be the Difference Oakland Needs⭐️ Oakland’s housing crisis is pushing families of color out of their communities, leaving many without shelter. We’ve found the perfect opportunity to change that—a property ready to house families immediately at 2231 E 28th Street. But there’s an urgent challenge: we have less than 60 days to raise $500,000, or we’ll lose this opportunity. 💛How You Can Help: 1. Donate today at www.just-homes.org. Every dollar brings us closer to our goal. 2. Start a Giving Tuesday fundraiser with your family and friends to amplify the impact. 3. Share this post to spread the word. 🎯Why It Matters: This isn’t just a property—it’s a safe haven for families to heal, rebuild, and thrive. The spacious rooms, private entrances, and beautiful backyard make it the ideal place to provide stability and dignity to those who need it most. Time is running out. I donated $1 million to #LA4LA, a public-private partnership program spearheaded by Mayor Karen Bass. I'm so happy 58 units of long-term, affordable housing have been filled through the building of the Eaves Development. Solving California's homelessness crisis is one of my top priorities. However, let me be clear: one building with 58 units is not success for an entire program. It does not fix anything. The direct impact made on those families is priceless, but the cost of private donations is not. Public-private partnerships only work with TRUST & RESULTS. Government officials squander our money and their approach is proven time & time again to be ineffective. They don't understand how to best implement large investments because they've never signed the front of a check. The numbers don't lie: we have 75,000 homeless people living in LA County. 58 units will not make a dent. It's time for a new perspective. #CAGetACloo #California #LosAngeles #Homelessness #HousingProject #Philanthropy #PublicPrivatePartnership #Accountability #KarenBass

The Prime Legacy of Global Powerhouse | Dan Murphy's | Gregory Anderson—The Empowering Influence of Empathy and Kindness in Corporate Social Responsibility: Inspiring Global Change for the Homeless In a world where profit margins are often prioritized over compassion, an individual has emerged as a beacon of hope for the homeless population through an universal commitment to kindness and empathy. Dan Murphy, a visionary leader in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR), has not only successfully raised funds to support the homeless but has also initiated a global movement of goodwill and social transformation. The intersection of CSR, ethical leadership, and societal impact has never been more crucial than in today's increasingly interconnected world. Murphy's actions serve as a poignant reminder of the transformative power that businesses possess in shaping a more equitable and inclusive society. By extending a helping hand to those in need, he has not only alleviated the suffering of the homeless but has also sparked a ripple effect of generosity and compassion that transcends borders and cultures. At the core of Dan Murphy's endeavors lies a deep-seated belief in the ethical foundation of CSR – a belief that businesses have a moral obligation to make positive contributions to society and uplift those who are marginalized and vulnerable. Through his strategic framework for ethical leadership, a new standard for corporate philanthropy has been established by Dan Murphy, one that prioritizes empathy, kindness, and authentic human connection above all else. As we navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing world, Dan Murphy's example serves as a guiding light for both businesses and individuals. His actions remind us that true leadership is not solely measured by profits but by the impact we have on the lives of others and the legacy of compassion we leave behind. In an era characterized by uncertainty and division, let us draw inspiration from Dan Murphy's remarkable journey and commit ourselves to creating a world where kindness and empathy are paramount. Together, we can forge a future where every individual – regardless of their circumstances – is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Let’s unite and embark on a collective journey towards a more just, inclusive, and compassionate world – a world where the homeless are not forgotten but embraced with open hearts and outstretched hands. Together, a difference can be made. Together, a brighter future for all can be created. Join in the movement for change. Together, the world can be transformed, one act of kindness at a time.

Coming Together as a Community: A Story of Generosity and Impact In every community, there are stories that remind us of the incredible power of kindness and collaboration. One such story comes from our teammate Brian Salisbury supporting Ralph “The Shoe Guy,” who work hard together with many others in our community to collect and donate shoes each year for the Syracuse Rescue Mission. This year they collected 43,120 pairs of shoes. This achievement is more than just a number—it’s a testament to what can happen when individuals step up to address critical needs. The Syracuse Rescue Mission serves as a lifeline for many, providing support to individuals and families facing tough times. Shoes, something many of us take for granted, can make a world of difference, especially during harsh winters. Through the hard work and dedication of Brian and Ralph, thousands of people now have access to this essential resource. This story is a powerful reminder that each of us has the ability to make an impact. Whether through donating, volunteering, or organizing efforts in our own neighborhoods, we can all play a role in creating positive change. It doesn’t take monumental resources—it takes heart, purpose, and a willingness to come together as a community. Let’s be inspired by Brian and Ralph’s example and think about how we can contribute to the well-being of those around us. Small actions, when multiplied by many, can lead to extraordinary results. Thank you to everyone who played a part in this incredible effort. Your generosity and teamwork show what’s possible when we lead with compassion. #CommunityImpact #GivingBack #SyracuseRescueMission #110metalworks #KindnessInAction
