Furthermore, open houses are suitable for tropical areas and tend to cost less than the closed house model. 2. Closed house A closed house is a type of house with a controlled fan that makes it easier for farmers to control the temperature as well as humidity. However, this model turned out to be more expensive than the others. 3. Semi-Closed House This typical model is a collaboration between an open house and a closed house. This house type is offering a controlled fan with a combination of open space in the oven to maintain air’s circulation and is still cheaper than closed houses.
