ISPOR recently released its top 10 trends in HEOR. Here some are some of my thoughts on others that could have made the list: **Digital Transformation**: Continued emphasis on digital tools for market access, including real-world data analytics, and digital health technologies, including, telemedicine, remote monitoring, and digital therapeutics. **Value-Based Pricing**: Increased focus on value-based pricing models, including outcomes-based agreements, to ensure reimbursement is tied to the value delivered by products or services. **Health Technology Assessment (HTA) International Colloboroartion**: While still in its infancy, we are seeing more international colloboration across the EU and pilots in the UK/Canada/Australia/Scotland/Wales. **Gene and Cell Therapies**: Advancements in gene and cell therapies are leading to discussions around novel ways to evaluate, reimburse and provide access to these innovative treatments.

Mission Viejo-based Lionheart Health has officially entered the $101 million XPRIZE Healthspan competition, showcasing its pioneering approach to extending human healthspan. The company harnesses bioelectric signaling and enhanced biologics to control protein expressions linked to aging processes. Lionheart Health's unique technology platform utilizes patented bioelectric sequences that induce the expression of anti-aging proteins like klotho on demand.
