Really? How many houses will be for local people? Can you guarantee local first-time buyers will not be gazumped despite promises of affordability? (I know you cannot).Will the houses be sustainable and carbon neutral? Will they be fully electric with solar panels? Stop Gas! What mitigation is in place for the extra decline in air quality caused by more vehicles on the roads? Air Pollution kills over 50,000 people a year and is particularly bad in Kent!!! What more crazy road schemes will be needed for more traffic congestion? And where will the sewage go....Our seas and water courses are heavily polluted already as the private monopolised water industry proves it is incapable of providing high share dividends to foreign owners,who care little for our environment, and an efficient clean industry which keeps us safe? I am very pleased to confirm Bellway Homes Kent Division have exchanged contracts unconditionally for the acquisition of land east of Iwade, Kent. The site benefits from outline planning permission for up to 455 homes and a 100 acre country park.
