Roadstone Ltd.’s Post

Amazing work! Well done to the whole team involved. Proud to be part of shaping the future of construction with cutting-edge technology. Looking forward to seeing more groundbreaking projects like this

Regulatory approval for Ireland’s first 3DCP Homes was formally granted on December 4th 2024. This milestone is especially meaningful as it coincides with the first anniversary of the publication of the Additive Construction standard on December 4, 2023 (I.S. EN ISO/ASTM 52939:2023). A special thanks to GARLAND, CBA Engineering, Harcourt Architects and the entire Grange Close Delivery Team for their dedication and outstanding work on achieving full BCaR compliance on the first of many 3DCP projects. Thank you to Stephan Mansour, Gregor Reischle, Barry Cox, and all International AC and Construction industry committee members. Your efforts have been instrumental in achieving this milestone. Grange Close represents a transformative step forward in the delivery of rapid, efficient, and sustainable high-quality housing.
