What does ‘expansion’ mean to you? Does it mean promotion and handling responsibility? Does it mean serving more, having more influence or impact? Does it mean more recognition? This annual community conference was hosted by CenterPoint Energy and United Way of Greater Houston. Power Tools for Nonprofits brings together experts from various fields to share their knowledge in fund development, best practices in human resources, management strategies, marketing/public relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership, professional/career development and more. Michelle and Christina attended to gain insights and advice for Amaanah. I am increasingly receiving inquiries to support teams considering shared leadership pivots or wanting to re-imagine leadership structures for their progressive organizations.
