ROHLIG SUUS Logistics opened two direct groupage lines from Brno to Sofia and Bucharest. Thanks to the operator’s well-developed network of connections across Europe and logistics centres in the CEE region, these routes can also serve as important elements of the supply chains for entities from Northern and Western Europe. The new connections significantly increase its operational capabilities in the southeastern part of the continent. To date, it has provided direct general cargo lines to Turkey and Greece. When we say we take care of shipments “door-to-door and beyond”, we truly mean door-to-door and BEYOND – on both ends of the transport chain. One example is this heavy lift shipment, where we are not only taking care of organizing a multi-modal transport from Austria up to the consignee’s premises in China but also of the logistics involved at shipper's factory site to get the cargo ready for travelling.   Our project logistics colleagues organized for example • Moving the components out of the factory hall • Handling and position the heavy lift components for transport packing and, of course, loading onto flatbed trailer trucks for the pre-carriage to the seaport of shipping.    Currently, cargo is on the way, travelling Ro/Ro to China, where our local project logistics team will take over and take care “to door of consignee” – and beyond. #karlgross #projectcargo #projectlogistics #machinery #oceanfreight

In today's post, we are excited to share a case that vividly illustrates the #flexibility and #professionalism of KADOR. The story begins with a project involving packaging for maritime transport for one of our regular clients. Despite meticulous planning on our part, unforeseen delays arose, which were beyond KADOR's control but stemmed from the client's side. This prompted the client to opt for a change in transportation mode even after the goods were already packed. Consequently, the shipment was halted, and the containers were returned to KADOR, this time to our #CFS #warehouse in #Gdańsk, necessitating a swift transition to air transport. Preparation for #AirFreight demanded immediate action. Cargo #SecurityCheck for air transportation were efficiently conducted at our facility in Gliwice, leveraging our status as a #RegisteredAgent to minimize the risk of damage to the goods at the #airport. Thanks to our seamless coordination, the goods arrived safely at the airport and were promptly delivered to the end customer. The success of this project can be attributed to our excellent #ChangeManagement, #ProfessionalInfrastructure spanning multiple facilities in #Poland, and extensive experience not only in packaging but also in logistics as a whole. The flexibility and professionalism demonstrated by our team directly contribute to the #safety and successful execution of our clients' projects. Logistic Routes from Europe and America to Central Asia via Poti, Georgia Poti, located on the Black Sea coast of Georgia, plays a key role in the logistics chains connecting Europe, America, and Central Asia. This port city serves as an important transport hub, providing efficient routes for cargo transportation. 1. Services of RIN GEORGIA Our company, RIN GEORGIA, operates its own terminal near the port of Poti, allowing us to manage cargo efficiently and offer a wide range of services. We provide warehousing and terminal services, as well as railway, maritime, and road transportation. This enables us to offer our clients comprehensive logistics solutions that meet the highest standards. 2. Routes from Europe Cargo from Europe, including goods from EU countries, can be shipped via the Black Sea to Poti. From the port, cargo is easily distributed across Georgian and Azerbaijani transport networks, including railways and road transport. Subsequently, goods can be directed to Central Asia through Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, using international corridors such as the Trans-Eurasian route. 3.
