Talent @ Bubble. *We're Hiring*

How can you make your job application stand out? Here are three tips to help you catch the eye of recruiters and hiring managers: 1. Reach out directly to express your interest. Find the email or profile of the hiring manager or recruiter and send a personalized note expressing your enthusiasm for the position. Don't forget to also apply through the career's page so they have your information in their Applicant Tracking System! 2. Add a video or loom to your note. Take some time to personalize your intro to the company and the person you're sending it to. This extra effort can go a long way in capturing attention and showing off your personality. 3. Follow up. Even if it's a no, polite persistence is the best way to get a response. Your consistency will put you on someone's radar, and you can always circle back in the coming months to keep the connection alive for when there is a new opportunity. Remember, standing out in a crowded job market takes effort and creativity. By taking these steps, you can increase your chances of landing your dream job.

Definitely agree with this, I always advise candidates to see if they have any mutual connections with anyone at the company that could potentially refer them as well 😊

This is an strong list and I highly recommend talent to do this. We are also building a lot of these capabilities natively into Parallel!

Love this Robert Charming! I want to give every candidate permission and support to follow up. Many recruiting teams are lean right now, so sometimes that reminder is really effective!
