What’s the one thing that sets the best businesses apart? Over the years, I’ve seen how the demand for personalization has completely reshaped the business world. Take Rolls-Royce, for example. They offer hand-painted pinstripes and fully customized interiors, making every car feel truly unique. That’s why customers are willing to pay a premium—they feel like the product was made just for them. As I shared in the video, creating a product or experience that feels personal and customized will always make you stand out. In a world of mass production, personalization is the ultimate game-changer.
I spent years researching every potential market for my grooming product which provided unique experiences. Growing the business was fun because everyone found the benefits in my product yet it provided very diverse results in each market. I saw this at 28 years old hearing this now justifies my decision this did make the biggest impact- so I completely agree. Customizing my product for each market had me seeking the best ways to customize the look, feel or flavors. I began marketing and selling in c-stores, however counter display packaging was an issue & theft was costly. So revisiting the packaging I realized modifybubble wrapping or a 2pack box solved the issue me. Now, my dental market individual large bulk delivery was great allowing dentist to recommend the product and created additional sales with that same counter display sales came easily. In each of my sports arenas VIP ticket holders received one with their ticket each personalized for each game or with each players insignia it gave each sale diverse options. In my hotel market private labeling for each hotel w/logo allowed it to travel beyond the hotel w the usefulness of my product to travel abroad. Each market challenged diversity and customization.
Mass production is common; customized products stand out.

I buy personalization for targetted messaging. For specialized products, you are speaking to the rich only, and even then they would buy personalized messaging to make them feel special.
Personalization indeed creates a memorable experience. Tailoring offerings builds strong emotional connections with customers, fostering loyalty.
