In the below article I have a closer look at the recent eye-catching Eastern District of Texas decision in 𝘎+ 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘷 𝘚𝘢𝘮𝘴𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘴, which indicates that things are changing States-side. As a result, the incentives for potential licensees to hold-out that have been baked into the American approach are beginning to disappear.
