Starting a business is like planting a tree. You dig, you plant, and you water it every single day. At first, it feels like nothing’s happening. You stare at the soil, wondering if the seed will ever sprout. But what you don’t see is the work happening beneath the surface. Roots are spreading, foundations are being built, and when the timing is right, that first green shoot breaks through. Businesses work the same way. The first few months—or even years—might feel like a grind. - You show up every day. - You put in the hours. - You market, connect, and improve. And still… no results. But what you don’t realize is that every action is building a foundation. Every email you send, every pitch you make, and every late night you spend refining your service—it’s all growing the roots. Then one day, without warning, the results start to bloom. That client you never thought would reply sends an email. That lead you almost gave up on signs a deal. And suddenly, it all starts to make sense. The key? Don’t stop watering the seed. Even when it feels like nothing’s happening, trust the process. The roots are working hard, even when you can’t see them. What’s the “seed” you’re working on right now? Let’s hear about it in the comments.

Building a business is a lot like planting a garden. It's not just about sowing seeds; it's about nurturing growth, adapting to the environment, and patiently waiting for results to show. When you plant a variety of seeds, you understand that not all will flourish. Yet, the ones that do can produce rewards that far exceed the energy invested in those that didn’t. Similarly, in business, some initiatives will succeed while others may falter, but the successful ones drive the venture forward. Just like gardens, businesses don’t show results overnight. Both require patience, persistence, and the resilience to keep going even when progress seems slow. For anyone building a business, remember, this is a process that demands time, dedication, and a bit of faith in the seeds you’ve planted. Trust in your efforts, give them time to grow, and you might be surprised by what you can harvest.

Planting a tree is a lot like building a business with patience. Both require time, care, and a long-term vision. Here’s how the two compare: •Foundation: Just as a tree starts from a seed, a business starts with an idea. Both need the right conditions—soil for the tree, and planning or resources for the business—to begin growing. •Nurturing: A tree needs water, sunlight, and proper care to thrive. Similarly, a business requires continuous effort, resources, and attention to keep moving forward. •Growth: In both cases, growth doesn’t happen overnight. Trees take time to grow strong roots and stretch towards the sky. Businesses also take time to establish themselves in the market and build a solid customer base. •Challenges: Both trees and businesses face challenges—storms, droughts, or market competition—that require resilience and adaptability to survive and thrive. •Long-Term Vision: The benefits of both aren’t immediate. Trees take years to bear fruit or provide shade, and businesses require patience before they become profitable or stable. However, the results are worth the wait, providing lasting rewards for years to come. Planting trees and building a business both emphasize the importance of patience, persistence, and a belief in long-term outcomes. With careful nurturing, both will flourish. Proveda is our life we will make it big together !!!! Jai Hind Jai Proveda !!!!

**Sowing Seeds in Thorns: A Business Parable** In a field where dreams take flight, The sower casts his seeds with might. But thorns arise, a tangled plight, Much like the world of business bright. Amidst the rush of daily strife, We plant our goals, pursue the life. Yet worries, wealth, and endless drive, Can choke the dreams we strive to thrive. The thorns of pressure, fierce and grand, In every market, every brand. Distracts us from our purpose planned, And shifts our focus from the land. But clear the thorns, the cluttered ground, In faith and ethics, roots are found. Prioritize the higher sound, Where values in our work abound. Seek not just profit, but the good, In every deal, as Jesus would. Let honesty be understood, And trust will bloom, as gardens should. For in the parable, truth lies, In business too, the wise advise. Cut through the thorns, and see the skies, Where fruitful ventures surely rise.

Growing up, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. Then one day (call me stupid), I co-founded a business with two friends and everything changed. Many people thought I was crazy… → ”Isn’t it a bit risky going into business with friends?” Maybe they had a point. It’s not uncommon that going into business with friends or family can: - Lead to emotional screw ups - Risk the longevity of a business - Cause those relationships (and even the business) to break down. But in my opinion (and experience) that’s not true in every circumstance. For me: - I got to run a business with people I trust - We’ve built a business that we all care about And most importantly, I finally figured out what I wanted to do with my life, and after a successful 16+ years, it’s safe to say it was what I was meant to do. There’s a huge stigma about working with friends. But the fact is, we won’t be the first, or the last to do so without issue. (Even if we fight over our golf scores here and there😂) Starting and scaling a business can be daunting, but with people you trust, it can be so much easier.
