As we close out the year, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved at Rockborne. This year alone, we’ve seen over 9,000 applications, trained almost 100 people in our Bootcamp, and celebrated over 95% of our consultants successfully transitioning to permanent roles. Our commitment to #diversity and #inclusion remains at the heart of everything we do—with nearly half of our consultants being female, over 55% from ethnic minority backgrounds, and 40% coming from non-STEM fields. We’ve also developed innovative new training modules in #Snowflake, #GenerativeAI & #PromptEngineering, and #DataEngineering to keep pace with the ever-evolving industry. It’s been a busy and rewarding year, and now it’s time to take a well-earned break. Thank you to our incredible team, consultants, and clients for being part of this journey.
