BE YOU YOU YOU NOT ME ME ME. A strong #personalbrand can be a true gamechanger. But many people in their 50s struggle with the concept of it. The reasons are obvious: Many of us have a long career that is packed with expertise that needs to be transformed into a narrative and strategy that makes us look fresh, attractive, up-for-the-challenge and forward-looking, while additionally navigating the age-challenge. And if it wasn’t difficult enough to be on the stairway to our “late career”, where everything somehow feels different, it's the age where searching for a job is no longer a new adventure and for some of us, can be a stressful experience that sometimes leads to doubting your value and expertise. A strong personal brand can help there. It helps us with the 5Rs: 🚀 Reflect on what we have done 🚀 Remind ourselves about our achievements 🚀 Reconsider our strengths  🚀 Reemphasize our capabilities 🚀 Reinvent ourselves Therefore, let’s call it “rebranding”. So how do you get started? By asking the question: “What can I do for you?” Have a look at our CMO’s Susanne Deobald's article outlining her very genuine story and own experience. https://lnkd.in/d_hSr_Xb For more go to www.rocket50.io – our coaches will help you with individual consulting on everything around your late career. #change #rebranding #personalbranding #50plus #jobsearch50+ #career50+ #agediversity   #change

thanks for opportunity Marie Jerusalem and rocket50.io - it’s my first article ...but certainly not my last. If only one person can gain some perspective out of this I’ll be fulfilled and happy. And also thank you for giving me the platform to hold events...as mentioned sharing experience is sharing knowledge 🚀
