Gems aren’t always rare, but you need to open your eyes and look past the obvious. Be the recruiter that leverage’s your experience to see a candidate’s potential and their story and not only what is on a resume. Dig deeper to see it. Do your due diligence instead of skimming for titles and companies like so many do today. Be that recruiter for your candidates and clients. Tell the candidate’s story and their value, not just their summary of experience and reasons for leaving previous companies, because there is always so much more that should be shared and both sides deserve to have that information.
