Colleagues, I was pleased to share thoughts from an American perspective at the inaugural #Raisina Quad Think Tank Forum co-hosted by Observer Research Foundation Samir Saran East-West Center and Japan Institute of International Affairs. "The (Quad's) prioritization on China has been accompanied by attitudes of alignment amongst the four in a way that has not existed in the previous three decades." "[Quad] Delivery is going to matter, and sustainable delivery is going to matter more." "It's really important that the integration amongst Quad members be firm and institutionalized before we can institutionalize delivery through Quad." "If you can get (Quad) leaders to come to five meetings in 26 months, you're driving a certain kind of pathway already."
