Mentoring specialist eye surgeons to grow & scale their practices and achieve their "ideal exit" | 20+ years of experience | Scalable Business Advisor

🛑 Looking for a simple, powerful way to boost trust and morale in your refractive or cataract surgery practice? Consider creating a “Wall of Love” in your office! This concept is simple but incredibly effective. Imagine a wall (or many walls!) in your practice wall-papered with testimonials from your patients—real stories of how your help changed their lives. Whether it's a thank you note from someone who just experienced 20/20 vision without contacts for the first time or a heartfelt letter from a patient who no longer needs glasses, these testimonials do more than decorate your space. Here’s why it works: 😍 Builds Trust: New patients entering your practice see the real impact you’ve had on others. It’s social proof in its most authentic form. 😍 Boosts Team Morale: When your team sees these stories every day, it reinforces the positive impact of their work and keeps them motivated. 😍 Reinforces Your Brand: A “Wall of Love” reflects your commitment to patient satisfaction and the life-changing nature of your services. In a field as personal and transformative as refractive surgery, there’s no better way to demonstrate your value than by sharing the voices of those whose lives you’ve changed. So, if you haven’t started your “Wall of Love” yet, now’s the time. Your patients’ words could be your most powerful marketing tool. Have you created a “Wall of Love” in your practice? I’d love to hear about it! #RefractiveSurgery #PatientExperience #TrustBuilding #PracticeGrowth #CustomerLove

Love this! I worked in a practice that did this over 30 years ago (RK days!) with Polaroid pictures next to hand written notes. Got so much attention. What’s old is new, full circle for the win!
