Last week I attended a fantastic HR workshop run by Nicola Forbes-Taylor FCIPD as part of her series of Masterclasses, on Influencing and Negotiating in the Workplace. We explored approaches to influencing various internal stakeholders, from understanding mindsets to recognising ways to build trust and credibility. We also explored some common challenges and pitfalls we face when negotiating and how to navigate these effectively, especially in complex workplace dynamics. Key takeaways?
