Control and Automation Laboratory Module 1: Simple Speed Control of DC Motor For the first experiment, we can conclude that relationship of reference voltage and tacho generator with speed control is more increasing. It could happen because there is no load for break the system. For second experiment, the effect of load on speed can reduce the power of motor speed. The change in speed at gain 1 is decrease faster than at gain 5. For the last experiment, both of forward and reverse condition can increase motor speed and its error. P1 - Simple Speed Control of DC Motor From the simple DC Motor Speed Control experiment, several conclusions can be drawn: 1. In the first experiment regarding simple feedback speed control without load, it can be concluded that the greater the speed given, the greater the reference voltage, tachogenerator voltage and also the error value. The reference voltage is always greater than the tachogenerator voltage 2. In the second experiment regarding the effect of load on speed, it can be concluded that the greater the load given, the slower the speed. and the greater the gain, the smaller the error because a high gain has better stability 3. In the third experiment regarding reversible speed control, it can be concluded that the reverse value is always greater than the forward value and shows that the reverse voltage tends to be more stable than the forward voltage. #PraktikumDSKGenap2023 #CSEbersatuElektroITSmaju ITS Control System

E1. Simple Speed Control of Motor DC Successfully completed a practical experiment on September 11th, investigating the relationship between DC motor speed and tachogenerator output under varying load conditions. Results indicate a strong linear correlation between speed and tachogenerator voltage in a no-load, simple feedback system. However, steady-state errors and increased power dissipation were observed as reference voltage was adjusted. Additionally, the experiment demonstrated that a reversible speed control system allows for both forward and reverse operation with equal voltage requirements. The pre-amplifier with AC compensation significantly improved system stability and reduced errors compared to a simple op-amp due to its higher gain of 25. #PraktikumDSKGanjil2024 #CSEbersatuElektroITSmaju
