Reflection 🪩🪩🤔 As I ponder on the events of 2024, I find myself drawn to the moments that shaped my year. Just like the second law of reflection indicates, our experiences often mirror our actions. Each incident, whether big or small, has contributed to my understanding and growth. This year, I've encountered challenges that tested my resilience, but in every struggle, there was a lesson to be learned. I’ve realized that gratitude is a powerful force. It has helped me appreciate the highs and lows, turning obstacles into stepping stones. Looking back at what i have accomplished vs what i haven’t accomplished , i sought to find out why some things actually never worked and there goes my key lessons for 2024: 📌You just have to get started , DO NOT FEAR,DO NOT BE AFRAID 📌Success is built on a combination of essential elements. When any of these ingredients are missing, the result won’t be as fulfilling. Recognizing the importance of each component in the journey toward success helps me understand what I need to focus on moving forward. In data i have some answers to some issues around data: 📌There is nothing like good data what you actually have is the good data to bank on 📌Data is an investment for the future if you dont believe ( look at the economic crisis of 2008) 📌Data should largely be centered around the customer they are the only ones who can validate the hardwork 📌Data can be likened to an organization’s culture; it must be deeply ingrained within the fabric of the organization. After picking myself up and gathering the energy and psyche this is what i offer in 2025: 📌New Ordained evangelist of Data ( everything data, be keen to check out my articles) 📌Failing forward and being part of the solution 2025 is about scaling our impact - using AI and machine learning to create environmental solutions that don't just sound good, but genuinely transform communities across Africa. To every young dreamer believing technology can create meaningful change: keep pushing, keep learning, keep believing.
